How do you store my credit card information?
Our system is set up so that once you complete your
purchase on line all credit card information is immediately
deleted from our system. We do not store any information
related to your credit card. If you call for a return,
to add something to your order or to place a new order we will
have to take your credit card information again. Under no
circumstances is your credit card information available to
anyone once your order is submitted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and
Discover Card online. We can also send you an invoice through
PayPal.
I have previously placed an order for a
CPAP/BiLevel, Supplies or other product and submitted a
physician's prescription then. Do I need another one now?
If you have a placed an order within the past
year and provided us with a valid prescription we will be
able to use it to fill your order. If it is out of date
and you are still seeing the same physician we will be glad to
contact him/her for you and obtain a renewal script.
How do I know my warranty will be honored
by the manufacturer?
Positive Air, Inc. is an authorized
distributor for every item we sell. We only purchase
equipment and supplies directly from the manufacturer. We may
not carry every product line in the world but you can rest
assured that unlike many other internet stores we authorized
to sell every product presented. If you are making a
major purchase from any internet company and question if they
are an authorized dealer you should contact the manufacturer
directly to inquire as to the status of the dealer. This
is especially true for Resmed. Unless you see the Resmed
Preferred Internet Provider seal on the home page of a site
they are not an authorized dealer.
What method is used
to ship order to countries other than the United States?
All orders outside of the United States are
shipped by Postal Service using 3 to 5 day priority mail.
What this means is that your package will reach customs in
your country within the 3 to 5 day time period. Usually
it is released from customs to be delivered to you within a
couple of days however, each country may release it sooner or
take a few days longer.
How do you ship
within the United States?
Most orders are shipped Federal Express
Ground. Some smaller orders will be shipped by United
States Postal Service. If you wish to expedite your
order we offer Federal Express Over Night delivery at a cost
of $35.00. Please call our office to arrange for over
night delivery.
