smaller, 25% lighter and 20% more oxygen. Plus the Inogen
G2 has been authorized by the FAA for travel.
When you purchase an Inogen One G2 System you will
receive: universal power supply, cart and carrying bag,
and a Lithium Ion Battery. With this new G2 System, you
can decide whether you want a 12-cell battery, which will
last for approximately 4 hours or upgrade to a 24-cell
battery which last for approximately 8 hour (with a pulse
dose setting of 2) and add about 1 pound to the weight of
this system. Speaking of weight, with the 12-cell battery
the Inogen One G2 weighs only 7.25 pounds, has a height
of 9.5 inches (including the handle) and it 3.9 inches in
length. You will never have to worry about tanks ever and
you can travel whenever you please.
As with most portable oxygen concentrator systems, you
can plug the G2 into an electrical outlet or a cigarette
lighter in the car, when using the Universal Power
Supply. While you plug the Inogen G2 into an electrical
source, the battery will be charging. To recharge your
oxygen system, whether using the AC or DC power source,
allow 4 hours for the 12-cell battery and 8 hours with
the 24-cell battery.
This oxygen system uses a Pulse Dose delivery
system with five flow settings from 1-5. Inogen uses
Intelligent Delivery Technology to ensure oxygen therapy
is delivered efficiently and effectively in all modes of
use. The Inogen One G2 system provides the necessary
oxygen for most ambulatory patients during all phases of
daily activity and during sleep. Make certain to ask you
physician if the Inogen One G2 Portable Oxygen
Concentrator is the solution for all of your needs.
