The System One Humidity Control
The Humidification management platform developed by Philips
Respironics ensures protection against rainout, and a
comfortable therapy regardless of the changes in ambient
temperature. In order to maintain the optimum humidity
levels, the technology analyzes important parameters such as
ambient temperature, patient flow or relative humidity
levels. The DryBox technology smartly isolates the water
from any internal components of the main unit.
System One Intelligent event detection
The advanced event detection technology helps identifying
all the changing and complicated conditions that could
indicate the need for changes in therapy itself. Clear
airway apneas or periodic breathing are intelligently
“sensed” and reported to the patient/clinician who tracks
patient data on the device.
Integrated Flex Technologies
Smart pressure relief technology incorporated with the
System One devices by Philips Respironics. The special
Digital Auto-Track algorithm senses the onset of the
exhalation or inhalation processes and delivers gentle
pressure for the patient to breathe in or exhale, and then
returns to prescribed pressures for maximum therapy
efficiency. Patients feeling uncomfortable with breathing
against a high pressure flow coming from the CPAP unit will
find the System One Flex technology devices extremely
comfortable.
Advanced event response
The advanced event detection algorithm ensures the device is
reacting mainly to obstructive apnea events and not to clear
airway apneas. Thus, therapy becomes more efficient, more
patient friendly.
Opti-Start technology on the REMstar Auto CPAP
This smart technology ensures there are no residual events
right at the beginning of the therapy.
Data management & reporting with EncoreAnywhere
Friendly and intelligent patient management systems
integrated. There is the possibility to record/track patient
data through on-board memory, SD card memory and patient
data management and tracking is improved by allowing for the
automatic uploading of patient data through
wireless/broadband platforms.

patient management platform and check patient data/events.
In one single comprehensive report, the clinician can have
access to data such as advanced events, oxygen tracings,
