If you do not have a written prescription we will be happy to contact your prescribing physician to obtain one on your behalf.  In this case please fax us at (800) 525-4293, give us all physician contact information on the customer checkout form in the "Additional Information" area or e-mail your prescribing physician’s name, address and phone number to us at sales@sleeprestfully.com. No merchandise requiring a physician's prescription will be shipped prior to Positive Air, Inc. obtaining one.

Prescriptions are also required for all respiratory equipment as well as any equipment which we will be billing Medicare, Medicaid or any insurance carrier.
