Insurance does not cover the cost of ANY CPAP cleaner. They are considered a convenience item, therfore not covered. This includes Medicare and every other 3rd party payor.

Because of the components inside the phone and other electronics we would not suggest it. You can clean a telephone with the Lumin without any concern.

I like just about everything I read about the Virtuclean 2.0, but the size is so small, how can you possibly fit the nose pillow, hoses and reservoir into the machine ?

There is a bag that the mask and the water chamber is placed in and the hose is used to connect the sanitizer to the bag.

My VirtuClean 2.0 I received two days ago will not charge. It displays charging and no notification or display that the device has been completely charged. When plugged into ac current I can go to the screen that displays Virtuclean, bar code, and the screen that allow me to select the 7 days monitoring cleaning times. When I disconnect the ac power cord and try to turn the device on there is no power and no cleaning display. It doesn’t display the battery charging cycle as advertises.

Sounds like you need to contact the dealer you purchased it from and have it replaced under warranty.
