APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLIES

After deciding on whether an APAP, CPAP or BiPAP is best for you and which type of mask is most comfortable, you have numerous supplies available to personalize your Sleep Apnea Device. First, there is humidification.  APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLIES can add moisture to low humidity air which can make the air less drying to your nose. If your nose is too dry, your body will increase the production of mucus which can cause nasal congestion and a runny nose. A Passover (cold water) humidifier can be added as an APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLY to minimize this problem. If you already have a humidifier and are still having these symptoms, a heated humidifier may be necessary. Heating the air will allow more moisture and increase your comfort.

Another APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLY available for you is tubing. To make sure your sleep apnea device works optimally, make certain to wash your tubing in warm water and mild detergent. Daily inspection and weekly washings are recommended. If and when the tubing wears out, sleeprestfully.com can supply you with your required tubing. Additionally, if your machine seems noisy, an extra length of tubing will allow you to move your APAP, CPAP or BiPAP device further away from the bed. If the tubing gets in your way, sleeprestfully.com has device or sleep suspension system which can hold your tubing out of your way.

If you experience pain or discomfort around the bridge of your nose Sleep Comfort Care Pads are supplies which can act as a cushion between your face and mask. The gel pad is composed of USP grade mineral oil, is hypoallergenic, latex and silicone free. It is reusable, does not require any adhesives and can be cleaned with soap and water. The material and design have been thoroughly tested and proven to provide the patient with a comfortable leak free seal.

Cleaning Solution/Wipes are another APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLY. This is a convenient and safe way to keep your mask or device free of oils, dust and allergens. Specifically designed for your equipment, you will love the ease and convenience of the pre-moistened wipes.

Some additional APAP, CPAP or BiPAP SUPPLIES include:

  • Chin Straps

  • Headgear

  • Pillows

  • Disposable Water Chamber

  • Tubing Wrap

  • Nasal Lubricant
