We are please to announce we now offer SAME Day delivery within the Houston Metropolitan Area for an additional charge.

We gladly offer express shipping and international shipping at an additional charge based upon your purchase. Shipping charges will be displayed prior to completing checkout.

Sleep Restfully ships by either USPS or Federal Express depending on the value, weight, size and other considerations of your order.  In most cases orders over $99.00 and every order requiring a signature will ship by Federal Express. The following map will provide an estimate of delivery time from our facility to your location when shipped by Federal Express.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses:

To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address.  This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe online shopping experience. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.

International Shipping:

Sleep Restfully will ship certain products internationally using postal service international express mail.  However due to Federal Law, Custom Regulations, Postal Regulations or for other reasons we do not ship any product to Cuba, Iran, Spain, Syria, Iraq, Afganistan or any country currently involved in a conflict. 

Shipment of Lithium Ion Batteries Outside the U.S.

Due to postal regulations  we are unable to ship lithium ion batteries or any product containing lithium ion batteries outside the U.S.  We will gladly ship to an address within the US for them to transfer the product to you. If you have any questions please contact us for clarification.
